Jennifer utilizes her versatile past experience to effectively represent her clients, which includes:
- Hands-on nursing experience from some of the nation’s top teaching hospitals. She’s cared for patients being treated for major injuries, including post-operatively. She knows firsthand how hospitals and the chain of command works, how medical records are created, how medical treatment is provided and how medical devices work.
- Litigation and trial experience on both sides of the equation,
- Representing victims and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
- Representing doctors, hospitals, nurses, and dialysis centers in negligence cases.

Catastrophic Injuries
Catastrophic injuries, such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and severe burns, can profoundly impact an individual’s life, leaving them with permanent disabilities and ongoing medical needs. I am well-versed in handling these complex cases, fighting to ensure that my clients receive the appropriate medical care, rehabilitation services, and financial support to rebuild their lives as fully as possible.
Physician Employment Contracts
Having long-worked with physicians, I recognize the importance of protecting the rights and interests of physicians in the ever-evolving healthcare industry. I provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation in matters related to physician employment contracts. I review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring fair compensation, reasonable work expectations, and protection against wrongful termination or discrimination. My goal is to safeguard my clients’ professional interests and enable them to focus on providing quality patient care. I am a frequent lecturer on physician contracts and for the past three years have authored the chapter: Physician Law Contracts from the Physician’s Perspective in the Physician Law: Evolving Trends and Hot Topics book published by the American Bar Association.
